纵劈形断掌5例临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Five Patients with Longitudinally Severed Palm

目的介绍纵劈形断掌的损伤特点及再植要点。方法采用血管移植再植了５例纵劈形断掌，术中局部及术后全身应用神经生长因子，配合术后早期功能锻炼。结果５例断掌再植全部成功，再植手掌的外形及功能恢复满意。

Objective To introduce the features of longitudinally severed palm and the key point of replantation. Methods Five cases with longitudinally split palm were treated by absolute débridement,arterial grafting and palm replantation.Nerve growth factors were applied locally during operation and whole bodily after operation,combined with postoperative functional training at early stage.Results The severed palms in all cases were replanted successfully.The recovery of morphological appearance and function of the replanted palm were satisfactory.Conclusion The absolute débridement of the damaged arteries and the high quality of arterial grafting for reconstructing the blood circulation are important guarantee for the success of the replantation of longitudinally severed palm.
