摘要
10 kV单芯电缆两端接地感应电压与环流导致电缆故障问题,是配电电缆工作者多年困惑的问题。分析广东阳春10 kV电缆故障,直接原因是金属屏蔽层接地方式选择不当,根本原因是设计规范中没有具体对这些问题做出明确的指引和规定。
10 kV single cable fault of both ends of grounding induced voltage and circulating current,which confused the distribution cable workers for years.This paper analyzes the fault of 10 kV cable of Yangchun is improper choice of metal shield grounding manner;as a result,the main reason is not specifically make these issues clear guidelines and regulations.
