RB功能是机组单台辅机故障停运时,控制各模拟量系统及燃烧管理系统的协调动作,将机组各主要参数控制在正常运行范围内,达到停机不停炉,从而保证机组及电网的安全运行,是大型火电机组的主要控制功能之一。总结670 MW超临界机组RB设计试验经验,分析超临界机组RB试验的常见问题,提出相应对策。

RB function is to coordinate each MCS and FSSS subsystems,when single auxiliary unit was abnormally shut down,to maintain the main parameters of the unit under normal operating range.When unit is shutdown,the boiler is still working.In this way the safe operation of unit and power network is guaranteed.Based on some a RB test of one 670MW supercritical unit,this paper provides the common problems and the corresponding methods in the RB test of the 670 MW supercritical units.
