摘要
目的:优选简便可靠且适合工业化生产的知母总皂甙的提取工艺。方法:(1)用均匀设计法对知母总皂甙的提取工艺中乙醇浓度、提取系统中固液比例和回流时间3个因素进行优选;(2)用薄层扫描法测定知母皂甙的水解产物菝葜皂甙元的含量。结果:在知母总皂甙的提取工艺中采用于50%的乙醇浓度,固液比例为1:7,回流时间1h,重复3次,所得流浸膏中知母皂甙含量最高。结论:用本文建立的提取工艺制备知母总皂甙方法简便可靠,适合工业化生产。
AIM: To seek a process for extracting timosaponin, which is simple, reliable and suitable for industrialized produc-tion. METHODS: (1)According to uniform design, three factors in extraction were optimized ,i. e. ethanol concentration , solid/liquid ratioof extracting system and reflux time. (2)To determine the content of hydrolysate of timosaponin , sarsapogenin ,with TLC. RESULTS: In thecondition of 50% ethanol,solid/liquid ratio of 1:7 and reflux time of 1h with 3 repetitions,high content of timosaponin in the extractwas obtained. CONCLUSION: This process is simple,reliable and suitable for industrialized production.
