复方疱疹乳膏的研制及临床应用

Preparation and Clinical Application of Compound Antiherpes Cream

本文报道了复方疱疹乳膏的研制，以及对主药盐酸利多卡因的鉴别及含量测定和对中药成分之一的大黄素的薄层鉴别，以此作为质量控制指标。对１４７例带状疱疹患者作了临床验证；用小鼠和家兔作了动物实验，证明复方疱疹乳膏止痛效果好、起效快、无毒副作用。

This paper reports the preparation of compound antiherpes cream. As the quality control standard,the main ingredient,Lidocaine hydrochloride, was identified and quantitatively determined. and emodin was identified with TLC. A clinical observation wascarried out on 147 cases of herpes zoster and animal experiment was performed on mice and rabbits.The results showed that thiscream had satisfactory analgesic effect,rapid effect -taking and no adverse and toxic reactions.
