摘要
目的:测定谷胱甘肽片的药动学及相对生物利用度。方法:10名健康男性志愿者单剂量随机交叉口服600mg谷胱甘肽片后,经荧光分光光度法测定血浆药物浓度。结果:口服国产或进口谷胱甘肽片后血药浓度达峰时间分别为1.35±0.27h和1.35±0.20h,峰浓度分别为23.17±7.66umol/L和23.79±7.15umol/L,药-时曲线下面积分别为73.72±25.17umol/(h·L)和74.49±16.49umol/(h·L)。结论:结果表明两种片剂具有生物等效性。
OBJECTIVE:To determine the pharmacokinetics and relative bioavailabihty of glutathione tablets. METHODS:The drugconcentrations in plasma were assayed by fluorescence spectrophotometry method dfter administration of a single oral dose of 600mgdomestic or imported glutathione tablets to each of 10 healthy male volunteers in a randomized crossover study. RESULTS: The peaklevels(tp) in plasma averaged 23. 17 ±7. 66umol/L and 23. 79 ±7. 15umol/L at 1. 35 ±0. 27 and 1. 35 ±0. 20h,and the areas underthe drug concentration curves(AUC) were 73. 27 ± 25. 17umol/(h . L) and 74. 49 ± 16. 49umol/(h · L) for domestic or importedglutathione tablets,respectively. CONCLUSION:The results showed that two formulations were bioequivalent.
