摘要
比较了立式挤压和卧式挤压法生产中空刨花板的特点。通过挤压工艺设计方案的比较和实验,进行了比较论证,提出比较合理可行的卧式挤压工艺方案和建议,并对中空刨花板卧式挤压过程中的挤压力进行了理论分析。
The article compared the characters of longitudinal and horizontal extrusion which are utilized in hollow particle board manufacture.By comparing and texting several schemes of process designs of horizontal extrusion,several feasible horizontal extrusion processes are advised.And pushing force were analyzed theoretically for the extrusion of the hollow particle board.
