329例下肢骨伤患者按入院顺序随机分为两组。实验组用多功能支架,对照组用常规的垫子。每24小时用皮尺测量和记录患者的消肿止痛情况。参考了WHO疼痛分级标准。结果实验组169例达Ⅰ、Ⅱ级130例(74%)。对照组160例达Ⅰ、Ⅱ级39例(23%)。差异有显著性(χ2=106.8,P<0.005)。66例膝关节僵直术后分组与用法同上。术后随访时间最长2年,最短6个月。屈曲程度分Ⅳ级(0~20°、20~40°、40~60°、60°以上)。结果实验组34例达Ⅰ、Ⅱ级28例(80%),对照组32例达Ⅰ、Ⅱ级12例(30%),差异有显著性(χ2=20.6,P<0.005)。
According to the admission order, 329 cases of lower extremity injury were randomly divided into two groups: experimental (169 cases) and control (160 cases), which were treated by multi functional brace and conventional pad and tissues, respectively. The antioncotic and analgetic conditions of the two groups were measured and recorded once every 24 hrs. According to WHOs Criteria for Grading Pains, Ⅰ or Ⅱ grade was reached in 130 cases (74 %) in the experimental group, and in 39 cases (29 %) in the control with a significant difference (χ 2 = 106.8, P < 0.005). Sixty six cases of still knee were grouped and treated with the same method. The knee flexity was divided into 4 grades: 0-20°, 20-40°, 40-60° and > 60°. Through a postoperative follow up of 6-24 months, Ⅰ or Ⅱ grade was reached in 28 cases (80 %) in the experimental group (n=34) and in 12 cases (30 %) in the control (n=32) with a significant difference (χ 2 = 20.6, P < 0.005).
