完善高校公选课管理的思考

Some Reflections on the Organization of School-level Selective Courses

高校公共选修课在运转中存在不少管理措施缺失的现象,如课程设置缺乏完善的审核机制,教学班级缺乏专人管理,质量监控出现真空,教学评价导向异化,管理技术系统力量薄弱等,这些对教与学的积极性调动产生了诸多负面影响。要完善公选课管理,必须完善课程开设准入机制,加大选课宣传力度,健全学生考核机制,完善教学激励机制,夯实技术保障。

The ineffectiveness of the school-level selective courses in universities is no rare phenomenon. The causes include the inadequate assessment on course setting, no one specially appointed for managing the instructional classes, no quality control, deviated teaching evaluation, and so on. A solid and effective system of selective courses requires a strict sanctioning procedure for course setting, a detailed introduction of the courses sanctioned, a reasonable evaluating system and an effective incentive system.
