本文全面考察福建农村实用人才队伍建设的情况及其存在的供求矛盾和体制问题,概述了闽台农业农村人才交流合作的基本情况、政策措施及其取得的显著成效,最后针对目前福建农村实用队伍建设和闽台农业人才交流合作存在的问题,提出了进一步扩大闽台农业农村人才交流合作的对策。

This paper comprehensivly survey the practical talent in rural areas in Fujian on its construction, existing contradictions of supply and demand and institutional . Overview of agriculture and rural personnel ex- changes and cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan about the basic situation, policy measures and achieved remarkable results.
