以石河子大学为例探索大学生党员管理的有效途径

An Exploration of the Effective Ways in Managing the Party Members of University Students with Shihezi University as an Example

对大学生党员教育管理有效途径的研究,有助于党员质量的提高,也是践行科学发展观的需要。本文以具有典型代表的兵团重点高校石河子大学为例,分析大学生党员教育管理中存在的问题,提出有针对性的改进措施,并希望能够以此为高校党建工作提供借鉴,同时也为加强基层党建的教育管理工作提供有效的途径。

This text analyzes University （the key university for the improvement so as to strengthening the management the problems in the education and management of the Party members of students, taking Shihezi of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps） as an example. Rational proposals are put forward be used for reference in the Party building work of the universities. Effective ways are offered for in the Party building at a basic level.
