摘要
绩效技术在企业员工培训和企业人力资源开发等方面有很成功的应用。将绩效技术引入教育教学工作中,就要培养整体改革意识,跳出现有系统的边界,思考问题,寻求解决方案。采用这种思维方式开展工作,无论是课堂教学,还是教育研究和实践的成效都会更加显著。
Performance technology has been successfully adopted in company staff training and human resource development. In order to introduce performance technology into education and teaching, a sense of reform must be cultivated to seek out solutions regardless of limited current systems. Working in this way of thinking will lead to a remarkable improvement of the effects in either classroom teaching or educational research and practice.
