二十世纪九十年代以来,我国老龄化进程不断加快。面对严峻的城市老龄化问题,发展养老服务志愿者队伍符合时代的要求,是解决老龄化问题的重要途径之一。由于目前我国的养老志愿服务尚处于发展的初级阶段,制度保障仍很不完善,故分析养老服务志愿者队伍中存在的问题,研究解决之道,打造一支有规模的专业养老服务志愿者队伍,让志愿者能够更好地发挥自身的作用,具有十分重要的意义。

Facing the serious urban aging problem, wolunteer teams are expected to pro）vide more service to the aged, which is considered as one of the crucial avenues to solve this proboem Due to the beginning stage of Chinese volunteer service for the aged, the systematic guarantee is still far from perihelion. Therefore, it is wery significant to analyze the problems existing in vohmteer teams and discover the solutions to these problems so as to create a well-established and professional team, which enables the vohmteers to give full play to the services.
