原癌基因c-fos及c-jun在银屑病皮损中的异常表达

The Expression of c fos and c jun Protooncogenes in Psoriatic Lesion.

目的为了探索ｃｆｏｓ、ｃｊｕｎ与银屑病的关系。方法运用原位杂交技术并通过图像定量分析，对３６例寻常性银屑病患者及１５例正常人皮肤中ｃｆｏｓ及ｃｊｕｎ的表达进行观察。结果银屑病进行期皮损中，ｃｆｏｓ、ｃｊｕｎ表达全层减少（Ｐ＜０．０１），恢复期皮损中ｃｆｏｓ、ｃｊｕｎ的表达与正常皮肤差异无显著性意义Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论提示ｃｆｏｓ、ｃｊｕｎ可能与银屑病角朊细胞分化受阻及表现型异常密切有关。

Objective To explore the role of c fos and c jun expression in psoriasis.Methods By means of in situ hybridization and image quantitative analysis,we observed the expression of c fos and c jun in thirty six cases of psoriasis vulgaris and fifteen normal controls.Results The expression of c fos and c jun in psoriatic lesions was signifiicantly decreased throughout the epidermal layers in cases of progressive phase comparing with those in normal skin( P <0.01);the expression of c fos and c jun in the lesions of recovery phase had no marked difference to those in normal skin( P >0.05).Conclusion c fos and c jun may be highly related to the expression blockage of differentiation and phenotype of psoriatic keratinocytes.
