锁定接骨板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折

Treatment of Proximal Humerus Fracture with Locking Plate

目的探讨锁定接骨板在肱骨近端粉碎性骨折治疗中的疗效。方法对32例肱骨近端粉碎性骨折患者行解剖型锁定接骨板内固定,其中,男21例,女11例。平均年龄62岁（27~78岁）。按Neer分类：2部分骨折13例,3部分骨折16例,4部分骨折3例。结果所有病例骨折顺利愈合。X线片示：骨折愈合时间为8.3周（6~14周）。术后肩关节功能按Neer评定标准,优良率为87.5%。结论肱骨近端锁定型接骨板治疗肱骨近端粉碎性骨折,具有手术简单、微创、固定牢固、早期活动、骨折愈合率高的优点。特别是对老年骨质疏松者,更是首选治疗方法。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the treatment of proximal humerus fracture with the proximal humerus locking plate.Methods There were 32 patients including 21 men and 11 women,aged between 27 to 78 years old（average 62 years old）.All this patients underwent the operations with the proximal humerus locking plate.According to Neer classification,13 cases were two parts fracture,16 cases were three parts fracture and 3 cases were four parts fracture.Results The average time for bony union was 8.3 weeks（from 6 to 14 weeks）,the excellent and good rate was 87.5%.Conclusion The treatment of the proximal humerus fracture with the locking proximal humerus plate is simple and minimally invative with reliable fixation and the high bone union rate.It is especially the preferred treatment method for the aged patients with osteoporosis.
