35例大学生急性面神经炎临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 35 Cases Acute Bell's Palsy in Undergraduate Students

目的观察大学生急性面神经炎35例的临床疗效。方法使用糖皮质激素、B族维生素、抗生素、抗病毒药物,结合理疗及针灸等综合治疗。结果 35例病例有效率为97.1%;治愈率74.3%。结论应用药物结合理疗、针灸等物理治疗,是安全、有效、可行的治疗方法,值得推广。

Objective To study therapeutic efficacy of acute Bell′s palsy by combined therapy in undergraduate students.Methods Treat with combined therapy such as glucocorticoid,vitamin B,antibiotics,antivirotic combined with physiotherapy,acupuncture,and so on.The clinical characteristic and therapeutic efficacy were observed.Results The effective rate was 74.3%.The cure rate was 97.1%.Conclusion Combined therapy maybe a reliable and safe treatment for acute Bell＇s palsy and it has a high cure rate.It is worthy to be popularized.
