日本构建“世界工厂”进程中的政策金融研究

Research on Policy-based Finance for World Factory of Japan

日本成为"世界工厂"的原因有很多,不同学者从不同侧面进行了研究,如产业政策、贸易政策等。本文试图研究政策金融对日本构建"世界工厂"的促进作用,以进一步丰富和完善日本"世界工厂"形成的原因,同时为中国如何利用合理的政策金融而使之成为第四代"世界工厂"提供借鉴。

There are many reasons for Japan being the ＂world factory＂ , and they have been studied by different scholars from different angles, such as industrial policy and trade policy. The paper attempts to study the policy-based finance of the Japanese role in promoting the ennstruetion of the ＂world factory＂ , with an aim to further enrich the literature nn the reasons for the formation of the ＂world factory＂ in Japan. Meanwhile, it provides reference to China as to how to use reasonable policybased finance to make it a fnurth-generation ＂world factory＂ .
