摘要
为了解生姜对缺血性脑损伤时过氧化氢酶、Ca^(2+)—ATPase活性及乳酸含量的影响,本实验采用Pussinell′s四血管结扎法和Lamson's失血性休克法制造家兔脑急性完全性缺血再灌注模型。观察生姜对大脑皮层过氧化氢酶、Ca^(2+)—ATPase和乳酸含量改变.结果表明:生姜能有效地保护过氧化氢酶和Ca^(2+)—ATPase的活性,能明显降低乳酸的含量,亦可使过氧化氢酶和Ca^(2+)—ATPase与乳酸比值呈显著性升高。提示生姜能保护缺血再灌注大脑。
The model of acute complete cerebral postischemic reperfusion was producted bypussinell's 4 vessel Occlusion method and lamson's hemorrhagic shock method. the change of ZOR on CAT、 Ca2+-ATPase activity and lactate content in the brain cortex. The results showed that the activity of CAT、Ca2+-ATPase was effectively protected and the content of lactate was significantly decreased by ZOR. And the rate of CAT/Lactate and Ca2+-ATPase /Lactate was obviously increaed. The results suggested that the brain of postischemic reperfusion was protected by ZOR.
