创造力主体的团队化转型及其所需的人才培养模式 被引量:3

摘要 在技术融合与速度导向的竞争趋势下,创造力的主体正在从个体转为团队。以团队为基本单元的创造性工作,要求个体既能保持自身的独特性又能进行良好的成员间合作。因此,在创造力主体转型的背景下,个体的合作性行为培育已经成为人才培养中的重要任务,这对传统的人才培养模式提出了新要求。
