中西药联合佐治早期糖尿病肾病临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Using Chinese Herbal Medicament plus Western Medicine to Treatment of Inchoate Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:观察中西药联合治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床效果疗效。方法:设立治疗组及对照组各30例,治疗组患者在对照组常规西药治疗的基础上加用中药,对比观察疗效。结果:治疗组比对照组的血糖、血压、血脂的达标率及尿蛋白排泄率的下降程度疗效显著,P<0.01。结论:中西药联合佐治早期糖尿病肾病疗效确切。

Objective： To observe using Chinese herbal medicament plus western medicine to treatment of inchoate diabetic nephropathy＇ s clinical effect.Methods： Putting up the treatment group 30 cases and the control group 30 cases, the control group used by the routine western medicine and the treatment group used by the routine western medicine plus traditional Chinese medicine to contrast them clinical effects. Results： Compared with the control group , the treatment group has significance distinction from up to the standard rate of blood glucose, blood pressure, blood fat and descant extent of urine protein excretory rate（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： It was certain effect to treatment of inchoate diabetic nephropathy by using Chinese herbal medicament plus western medicine.
