Vitapex糊剂诱导根尖成形的临床效果观察

A Clinical Study about Vitapex Paste in Apexification

目的:观察Vitapex糊剂对年轻恒牙根尖诱导成形的临床效果。方法:选择102个牙根未发育完成的年轻恒牙,随机分成实验组和对照组,每组51个患牙。实验组用Vitapex糊剂进行根尖诱导成形术,对照组用氢氧化钙,术后三年随访比较两组的疗效。结果:实验组的有效率92.16%,对照组的有效率74.51%,两组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:Vitapex糊剂是用于根尖诱导成形术的有效根管充填材料。

Objective：The purpose was to observe the effect of Vitapex paste in apexification on juvenile permanent teeth.Methods：102 juvenile permanent teeth with embryotic apex were selected and divided randomly into experimental group and control group,There were 51 teeth in each group.Vitapex paste was used in apexification in experimental group and calcium- hydroxide paste was used in control group. 3 years later, Compared the difference between two groups about the effective rate of apexification.Results： Rates of experimental group and control group were 92.16% and 74.51%,There was significant difference between two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Vitapex paste is an effective canal filling material in apexification.
