摘要目的:探讨护理措施对腰椎间盘突出症物理治疗的影响。方法:将83例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组42例,对照组41例。对照组患者给予常规物理治疗,治疗组除给予常规物理治疗外还介入护理措施。2疗程后作临床疗效比较照效率。结果:经治疗2疗程后,两组病人临床疗效对比有显著性差异(P<0.01)治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:规范的护理措施,有助于提高腰椎间盘突出症的治疗效果,促进了病人的康复。 Objective：To probe into the influence of nursing measures on the physiotherapy for the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc（LIDP）.Methods：A total of 83 cases of LIDP patients was randomly divided into treatment, group of 42 eases end control group of 41 ca-ses. The patients in control group were treated with the regular physiotherapy, whie besides the regular physiotherapy, the patients in treatment group were added the proper nursing measures.Alter 2 courses of treeatment,the effective rates for clinical curative effect were eompared.Results：：After 2 comes of treatment,the clinical curative effects in two groups were obviously different（P〈0.01）with that in treatment group rather better than that in control group.Conelusiou：The standard nursing measures are helpful for the curative effect of LIDP patients,so as to facilitate the recovery of patients.
