腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期的护理

Perioperative Nursing Care of ILaparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术(Laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)围手术期的护理,防止术后并发症的发生。方法:对我院2007年10月～2009年3月间的212例LC病人围手术期的护理经验和方法进行回顾分析。结果:本组病人施行LC手术后,围手术期加强监护及时发现护理问题,有5例术后发生并发症,经过精心的护理,采取相应的处理措施,病人均顺利度过手术后恢复期治愈出院。结论:重视腹腔镜胆囊切除术病人围手术期的护理可减少术后并发症的发生,对病人顺利度过手术,促进术后康复有重要意义。

Objective： Laparoscopic cholecystectomy （referred to as LC） perioperative nursing, to prevent postoperative complications. Methods：In our hospital from October 2007 to March 2009 212 cases among the patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy perioperative nursing experience and methods were analyzed.Results：This group ofpatients aRar laparoscopie eholecysteetomy, perioperative nursing problems found in intensive care in a timely manner, there are five cases of postoperative complications after careful nursing, to take corresponding measures, patients are to survive the recovery period after surgery cured.Conclusion：Emphasis on laparoseopic cholecystectomy penoperative care of patients can reduce postoperative complications, helping patients survive the surgery, for postoperative rehabilitation are important.
