经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术和开放手术治疗膀胱肿瘤的疗效分析

Transurethral Resection of Bladder Tumor Resection and Open Surgical Treatment of Bladder Tumor Efficacy Analysis

目的:探讨经尿道膀胱肿瘤电切术(TURBT)与膀胱部分切除术治疗膀胱肿瘤患者的临床疗效。方法:选取我院86例患者,随机平均分成两组,将行膀胱肿瘤电切术的43例患者作为观察组,将行膀胱部分切除术的43例患者作为对照组。将术后效果各指标和并发症发生率进行统计学比较。结果:TURBT组的手术时间、术中出血量、时间均明显小于开放手术组,术后复发率差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论:TURBT治疗膀胱肿瘤具有操作简单、疗效确切、患者恢复快等优点。

Objective：To evaluate transurethral resection of bladder tumor （TURBT） and partial cysteetomy for bladder cancer patients in clinical eflicacy.Methods：86 cases of hospital patients were randomly divided into two groups,the Bank of bladder tumor resection in 43 patients,as the observation group,will line partial cystectomy in 43 patients as control group.Effects of various indicators and the postoperative complication rate was used for statistical eomparison.Results：TURBT group operative time,blood loss,time,significantly tess than the open surgery group,postoperative recurrence was no significant difference （P〉0.05）.Conelusion：TURBT treatment of bladder cancer is simple,curative effect,patients faster recovery and so on.
