阿莫西林克拉维酸钾分散片治疗儿童急性胃肠炎80例疗效观察

The Treatment Effects of Amoxicillin and Clavulanate Potassium Dispersible Tablets on Children with Acute Gastroenteritis

目的:探讨君尔清(阿莫西林克拉维酸钾分散片)治疗儿童急性胃肠炎的疗效。方法:采用随机的方法将80例急性胃肠炎病例分成两组,对照组口服头孢克洛和穿王消炎片治疗,治疗组口服君尔清和穿玉消炎片治疗。结果:治疗组治愈时间明显小于对照组(p<0.01)。结论:君尔清治疗儿童急性胃肠炎有显著疗效。

Objective：To investigate the effect of Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium dispersible tablets to treat the puerile acute gastroenteritis.Methods：80 children with puerile acute gastroenteritis were devided randomly into two groups.40 patients with the treatment of taking cefaclor and Chuanwangxiaoyan tablets as the control group.and 40 patients as experimental group with the treatment of Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium dispersible tablets and Chuanwangxiaoyan tablets.To compare the treatment time of the two groups.Results：The treatment time of experimental group is evidently more short than the control group.Conclusion：Amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium dispersible tablets has the best effect in treating puerile acute gastroenteritis.
