乌司它丁对川崎病患儿血清TNF-α、IL-6表达影响研究

Effect of Ulinastatin to TNF-α and IL-6 in Serum on Children with KD

目的:观察乌司它丁对川崎病患儿血清及TNF-α及IL-6的影响,探讨其对川崎病的辅助治疗作用。方法:74名川崎病患儿,随机分为治疗组及对照组,两组患儿均采取丙种球蛋白冲击、阿司匹林避热抗凝等治疗,治疗组另给予乌司它丁10 000U/d.kg,连续2周,治疗前后观察两组患儿血清TNF-α及IL-6的表达差异。结果:治疗前两组患儿血清TNF-α、IL-6表达水平无差异,2周后治疗组血清TNF-α、IL-6表达水平低于对照组。结论:乌司它丁能够降川崎病患儿血清TNF-α、IL-6的表达水平。

Objective：To observed the effect ofulinastatin to tumor necrosis factora（TNF-α and interleukin 6（IL-6 ）in serum on children with kawasaki disease（KD）,and investigate subsidiary therapeutical effect in KD.Methods：74 children with KD were randomly divid into control groups（CG） and experimental group（EG）,the treatment of stosstherapy with gamma globulin and anticoagulant with aspirin were take in all patients, the paitients in EG received additional drug treatment with 1000U ulinastatin/d.kg in two weeks,the concentration of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum were measure in two groups.Results：The the concentration of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum were identical in two groups before therapy, and in comparison with CG,the concentration of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum were higher in EG after two weeks.Conclnslon：Ulinastatin could lower the expression of TNF-α and IL-6 in serum on children with KD.
