摘要
目的:探讨白及不同提取部位对大鼠的活血化瘀作用。方法:建立血瘀模型,测定大鼠体内血小板浆集率、血瘀大鼠全血、血浆和血清比黏度的影响。结果:白及正丁醇提取部位和水溶性部位可显著升高腺苷二磷酸(ADP)诱导的血小板最大聚集率,而乙酸乙酯提取部位可显著抑制ADP诱导的血小板聚集,石油醚提取部位对ADP诱导的血小板聚集无显著影响。缩论:白及乙酸乙酯提取部位能显著降低血瘀大鼠的全血比黏度、血浆比黏度及血清比黏度,是活血作用的主要有效部位,其活血作用与其抑制血小板聚集作用有关。
Objective:To study the Effects of different extracts from Bletilla colloid on rat platelet aggregation.Methods:Make the models of rats which arc with blood silted,Determine the indexes of hemorrheology, the effects on hemorheology and Blood Routine.The platelet aggregation rate was measured by turbidimctric method.Results:n-Butanol extract and water extract significantly enhanced and acetic ether extract from Bletilla colloid prominently reduced platelet maximum aggregation induced by ADP, while petroleum ether extract had no effect.Conclusion:Acetic ether extract from Bletilla colloid is major active extracts playing a part in hemostasis.The hemostasis effect is related to inhabiting the whole blood viscosity and platelet aggregation.
