白屑风酊薄层色谱鉴别

目的:建立白屑风酊的质量控制方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC),对方中蛇床子、薄荷脑、苦参、侧柏叶进行定性鉴别。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰。结论:所建立的方法简便、专属性强、分离度高、重现性好,为该制剂质量控制提供了科学依据。

Objective：To establish a method tO control the quality of Bai Xiefeng Tieture. Methods：TLC was used to identify Fruetus Cnidii,Menthol,Sophora Flaveseens Platye!adus Orientalis.Results：The spotS were clear, negative control without interfence by TLC.Conelusion;The methods was simple with good reproducility and specificity, It provided the scientific basis for the quality standard of the preparation.
