社区综合干预措施对糖尿病患者的效果评价

The Effect of Community Interventions to Diabetes Patients

目的:探讨社区综合干预措施对糖尿病患者的干预效果。方法:在我社区内随机抽取实验组和对照组各120例糖尿病患者作为研究对象,实验组给予社区综合干预措施,对照组不给予任何干预措施,对比两组间糖尿病知识知晓率、血糖控制情况,年均医疗费用及生活质量间的差异。结果:实验组在糖尿痫知识知晓率、血糖控制情况及生活质量方面均优于对照组,在医疗费用方面比对照组低,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:社区综合干预措施可以提高患者糖尿病知识知晓率,改善血糖水平,降低医疗费用,改善患者生活质量,效果较好。

Objective：To explore the effective of community comprehensive intervention measures for diabetics.Methods：120 cases of diabetes patients in my community were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group with the community comprehensive measures,an the control group not grant any interference.the rate of diabetes knowledge and blood sugar and control the situation,the average annual medical expenses and living quality were campared.Results：The disease knowledge,blood sugar control and quality of life of experimental group was superior to the control group,and the medical cost was lower, the difference of two groups was statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The community comprehensive measures in patients could improve the rate of diabetes knowledge,improve the blood sugar levels,improve the quality of life.
