女性医护人员不良孕产史原因分析

Study on the Cause of Undesirable Obstetric History in Female Medical Personnel

目的:探讨女性医护人员不良孕产史的原因,以便采取措施积极有效地预防备种危害因素带来的不利影响。方法:对我院在职已婚女性医护人员孕产史进行调查发现曾有不良孕产史者共计89人,占调查人数的40%。结果:具有不良孕产史的女性医护人员中,先兆流产者49人,稽留流产者12人,不孕症10人,胎儿畸形2人,死胎2人,胎儿生长受限6人,早产8人。结论:应积极采取措施,预防各种危害因索对女性医护人员生育健康的影响。

Objective：To study the cause of undesirable previous pregnancy in female medical personnel in order to improve the status of reproductive health among them.Methods：To investigate the married women working in our hospital about their previous pregnancy.There are 89 cases of tundesirable obstetric history among them.Results：Undesirable previous pregnancy was mainly caused by threatened abortion in 49 cases,missed abortion in 12,infertility 10,Fetal malformation 2,fetal death 2,fetal growth restriction 6,and premature delivery 8.Conclusion： Active measures should be taken to prevent female medical personnel from risk factors to reproductive health.
