摘要
目的:了解军队医院结核科聘用护士压力源及相关因素并提出相应的对策。方法:对在结核科工作的46名聘用护士采用自制量表进行问卷调查。结果:通过问卷调查得出军队医院结核科聘用护士压力源主要为工作繁忙、体力超支和在结核科工作、传染性强,其次为在军队医院工作、约束较多和社交范围窄等。问卷备选项均高于非传染科室,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:军队医院结核科聘用护士面对更多的危害与风险,作为一个特殊群体,管理者应当高度重视,采取有效的应对措施来缓解其心理压力,从而提高其工作能力和心理应对能力。
Objective:To investigate stressors and the correlation factors of the nurses employed in tuberculosis department of military hospitals and put torwand some strategies.Methods:46 nurses employed in tuberculosis department were investigated by self-designed questionnaire.Results:The major stressors were the hard-working and the concern of infectivity, then more sanction from military hospitals and less social activeties and so on.The scores of every option was significant higher than the other non-infectious depantment(P〈0.05). Conclusion:Nurses employed in military hospitals face more danger and risk as a special team.Nursing managers should take some effective strategies to release them from high mental stress,and thus to improve their working capacity,
