元康胶囊的薄层色谱鉴别

Identification of Yuankang Capsule with Thin Layer Chromatography Method

目的探讨元康胶囊的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对制剂中的人参、黑蚂蚁及大黄进行定性分析。结果 TLC法分离效果好,人参、黑蚂蚁及大黄在薄层色谱图中可获得清晰的斑点,制剂中的被测成分分别在对应的对照品溶液色谱位置上显现相同颜色的斑点。结论 TLC法专属性强、快速、简便、重现性好,可作为该制剂质量控制的一种有效手段。

Objective To study a method for the identification of Yuankang Capsule with thin layer chromatography（TLC）.Methods Gin-seng,black ants,rhubarb were identified by TLC.Results There was the good separating result with TLC method.Ginseng,black ants and rhubarb in the preparation were displayed on TLC diagram by clear spots,which had the same position as reference substance displayed on TLC.Conclusion The method is simple and accurate with a strong specificity and good reproducibility,which can be used for the quality control of Yuankang Capsule.
