摘要
目的研究木薯淀粉和聚乙烯醇复合膜的最佳制备工艺条件,制备一定强度的复合膜药用材料。方法通过流涎成膜工艺制备木薯淀粉和聚乙烯醇复合膜,考察淀粉与聚乙烯醇的配比、交联剂的种类及用量、交联温度和时间对复合膜拉伸强度的影响,并采用红外图谱对复合膜进行结构分析。结果最佳制备工艺条件是,淀粉与聚乙烯醇配比为5∶3,交联剂为1∶1的三偏磷酸钠与硼酸,交联剂总用量为4%,交联温度为130℃,时间为3 h。结论该工艺条件下制备的复合膜能产生较好的交联,复合膜有良好的力学性能。
Objective Study the optimal preparation technology to get medical cassava starch composite film.Methods Cassava starch and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) composite film was prepared by means of film casting.the effect of ratio of starch to polyvinyl alcohol,the type and amount of crosslinker,temperature and time of crosslinking on the tensile strength of composite membranes were determined.The struc-tural analysis of the composite membrane was performed by IR.Results The best ratio of starch and polyvinyl alcohol was 5 ∶ 3,cross linker was sodium trimetaphosphate and boric acid with the ratio of 1 ∶ 1,the total amount of crosslinking agent was 4%,the crosslinking tempera-ture was 130 ℃ and the crosslinking time was 3 h.Conclusion The prepared composite membranes has well cross-link with well mechani-cal property.
