摘要
目的优选胃灵片的最佳乙醇提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以浸膏收率和延胡索乙素提取率为指标,考察醇溶性成分的提取工艺。结果最佳工艺为5倍量85%乙醇回流提取3次,每次1 h。结论优选出的工艺为胃灵片的提取提供了实验依据。
Objective To optimize the extracting technology of Weiling Tablets.Methods The extraction technology of fat-soluble ingredients was optimized by orthogonal test with the extract yield and the extracting yield of tetrahydropalmatine as indexes.Results The extracting technology was to extract 3 times for 1 h each time with fivefold amount of 85% alcohol.Conclusion The experimental results provide the basis for the extraction process of Weiling Ttablets.
