摘要
研究了四川省釜溪河浮游植物的种群结构及其分布状况,并用指示生物法和R.Margalef多样性指数评价其水质有机污染。研究表明,R.Margalef多样性指数与水质理化污染指标COD、BOD_5、DO之间,有显著相关性。
On the basis of investigation of the phytoplankton in fuqi River, Sichuan Provine, in this papar the population structure and distribution of the phytoplankton were studied. And biological assessment of water quarty were conducted by using indicator organism and R. Margalef diversity index. Finally, correlation between R Margalef diversity index and concentration of COD, BOD_5 and DO were discussed by regression analysis.
