太湖流域基层现行水法规贯彻执行情况调研分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Implementation of Current Water Law in the Primary Sectors of Taihu Basin

结合太湖流域现行水法规贯彻执行情况,通过调研工作的开展,分析了当前流域水法规贯彻执行相关措施的落实情况、水法规贯彻执行过程中存在的主要问题、推进水法规贯彻执行所亟须完善的法律制度,并提出了相关建议。

Connecting with the implementation of current water law in Taihu Basin, and through carrying out the investigation, this paper analyzes the implementation of some measures related to current water law in the basin, the main problems existing in the process of implementation of water law and some laws and system needing perfection for promoting the implementation of water law, and puts forward some suggestions.
