结合近年来参与建设的工程项目施工进度控制的实际状况,分析了当前工程项目施工进度控制中存在的问题,并提出解决对策。

Connecting with the actual situation of construction schedule control of engineering projects that the author has participated in recent years,this paper analyzes the problems existing in construction schedule control of current engineering project,and puts forward some solutions.
