摘要
本文介绍了德国Dr．Fritsch（飞羽公司）新推出的高效激光焊机LSM300；固体光纤激光发生器将可能用于金刚石工具的激光焊接，运行成本更低，维护费用更少；激光焊接薄壁金刚石钻头获得发展，激光焊接PDC复合片钻头有新的突破；激光焊接波纹锯片、高温钎焊锯片、链锯、干式磨轮与金刚石均布锯片方面获得系列技术创新。
The paper introduces LSM300 high efficiency laser welding machine newly launched by Dr. Fritsch, Germany, in which solid fiber laser is used for welding diamond tools with the features of low cost in operation and maintenance. The laser welding for thin wall drilling bits has been developed, the laser welding for PDC drilling bits has a new breakthrough and a series of technical innoventions have been obtained in laser welding turbo saw blades, brazed saw blades, chain saws, dry grinding wheels and saw blades with dimond order arrangement.
