摘要
目的探讨老龄小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞（ＭＣＰ）受刺激前后的功能变化。方法以肉汤为培养基刺激小鼠腹腔Ｍ，３ｄ后测定Ｍ内ＡＣＰ、ＬＤＨ和ＳＤＨ活性。结果老龄小鼠受刺激后ＡＣＰ、ＳＤＨ活性升高，水平较青龄组低（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论老龄组Ｍ应激能力低于青龄组。
Objective The changes of function of the peritoneal
macrophages before and after stimulation were studied.Methods Using broth medium to
stimulate peritoneal macrophages of the aged mice and acid phosphatase(ACP),succino
dehydrogenase(SDH) and Lactate dehydrogenase(LDH) activity changes within three days were
tested.Results The experiment showed that ACP,SDH of the aged group increased less than
those of the young group( P <0 05).Conclusions The stress responses of the macrophages of
the aged mice were weaker than that of the younger macrophages.
