摘要
为了检测编带后的烫封质量,提出了一种基于边缘检测的载带压痕检测方法;该算法将边缘检测与链码技术相结合,先通过拉普拉斯高斯边缘检测算法得到初始边缘,然后对提取到的边缘进行链码追踪,根据提出的合并准则对获得的链码进行合并,再利用判据和先验知识对合并后的边缘进行判定,确定压痕位置,通过直线拟合和参数化获得压痕直线方程,通过直线方程计算出压痕尺寸;通过大量的实验,表明该算法能够有效地实现载带压痕的检测问题,并具有较好的鲁棒性。
To detect the quality of impresses after pressing, an impresses detect method based on edge detection was proposed. The algo rithm combines edge detect and chain code technology, using Laplacian Gauss edge detection algorithm to get the initial edge at first, tracks chain code for the extracted edges, then merges the chain codes according to proposed criterions, making use of criteria and priori knowledge to the extracted edges, positions the tap impresses after that, straight line fitting and parameterize the tap impresses edge, obtains impresses sizes using parameters at last. A large number of experiments show that the algorithm can effectively resolve the tap impress detection issues, and has good robustness.
