摘要 汽车生产过程对测试设备的安全性和可靠性提出了很高的要求;研制了一款用于生产测试的高精度模块化恒流源,针对模块的易发故障和测试需求,设计采用专门的自恢复型过热故障预警电路和过流过压保护电路,为系统长时间无故障运行提供了安全保障,并采取信号隔离、继电器触点保护等抗干扰措施,改善模块的电磁兼容性,满足汽车生产测试环境的要求;实际应用表明,该恒流源性能优良,抗干扰强,可靠性高,MTBF>1000h,已成功应用于汽车生产测试系统中。 Automobile production has proposed higher demands for the safety and reliability of the test equipment. A high-- precision modular constant--current source has been designed. Taking special attention to the fault--prone and the test requirements, special circuit was used for self--recovery over--hot default pre--warning and over--current and overvoltage protection , which provides safe and secure to the system for long trouble--free operation; What' s more, some anti--interference measures are adopted, such as signal isolation and relay contact protection, improving the electromagnetic compatibility of the module, which meet the requirements of the automobile production test environment. The practical application shows that the performance of the constant--current source is well, strong anti--disturbance and high reliability, and the MTBF is more than 1000 hours as well, with which it has been used in the automobile production test system successfully.
