摘要
为了在发电机组保养维护后进行功能和性能测试,保证维修的质量,设计了一种分布式柴油发电机组测试系统,其智能参数采集单元可测试发电机组运行时的各种参数,通过CAN总线网络完成采集、控制信号的传输和数据的交换;介绍了基于CAN网络的分布式测控技术的柴油发电机组测试系统原理、组成结构、运行加载,闸述了其软硬件组成、作用与特点;发电机组在运行过程中,其高压、大电流等会产生电磁干扰,对信号采集传输以及故障判断等造成影响,故系统采用了一系列的抗电磁干扰措施,经过运行实践,证明系统能很好地解决柴油发电机组调试、测试中的电磁干扰问题。
The principle, configurations and load of the test system for diesel generator based on distributed Computer--controlled is in- troduced, with data transmission based on CAN network. Its software hardware eompositions, function and characteristics are given. Generator set during operation, its high--voltage, high current will produce eleetromagnetic interference for signal collection and transmis- sion and fault impact on judgments, so the system uses a series of anti--electromagnetic interferenee measures, after running in practiee, eer- tification tests systems a good solution to the Electromagnetic Interference.
