摘要
介绍了机载视频记录仪中针对PowerPC+DSP双处理器构架,利用DSP提供的HPI硬件接口实现数据通信的一种方法;首先,重点设计了PowerPC端基于VxWorks实时操作系统的HPI驱动程序;然后,实现了DSP端在DSP/BIOS操作系统下的HPI数据收发程序,并且分别给出两种驱动的软件流程图;通过该通信方式进行产品测试,成功实现了压缩视频数据的实时传输,并达到了较高的带宽。
In this paper, for the POwerPC+DSP dual--processor architecture, a data communication method is realized in the Airborne Video Recorder system by using HPI hardware interface prdvided by DSP. First of all, HPI Driver program in PowerPC processor based on the VxWorks real time operating system is designed; and second, HPI data receiving and sending process in DSP under the DSP/BIOS opera- tion system is realized, and the software process charts of the two drivers are given respectively. Through this communication method, the real time transmission of compressed video data is realized successfully and higher bandwidth is achieved.
