摘要
作为LXI仪器总线测试的具体应用,针对测试测量的通用性和可扩展性,成功研制了基于LXI总线的数字多用表模块;重点阐述了LXI总线数字多用表模块硬件电路的设计,以及SCPI命令解释器生成方法;硬件电路主要包括LXI接口电路和测量功能电路,Σ-Δ测量功能电路包括模拟信号调理电路、∑-ΔA/D转换电路,LXI接口电路采用ARM9微控制器S3C2410和网卡控制器CS8900A的形式;结合LXI总线的优势,实现了高精度数字多用表模块功能,并就如何提高数字多用表模块的测试速度及准确度等问题进行了深入探讨。
Aimed at test and measurement versatility and scalability, digital multimeter module based on LXI bus is designed as a specific LXI instrument application. The digital multimeter hardware design and SCPI commond interpreter generation methods are described with emphasis. The hardware mainly includes LXI interface circuit and measure function circuit. The measure function circuit includes the analog signal conditioning circuit and analog to digital convert circuit, and the LXI interface is composed of microeontroller ARM9 $3C2410 and net- work controller chip CS8900A. High precision digital multimeter module function is achieved taking the advantages of the LXI bus. And how to improve test speed and accuracy of digital multimeter module will be issued in depth.
