摘要
针对分布植入式压电机敏结构振动主动控制技术需求,设计一种嵌入式架构的多通道DSP测控单元,具有数据采集、控制算法运算和处理结果输出功能,尤其发挥DSP处理器高效快速的数据处理能力;在简明介绍技术背景的基础上,详细阐述系统总体设计思想、系统软硬件设计方案、系统构成与核心部件、AD和DA核心模块分析、功能指标和开发过程,以及实验测试与结果分析;设计开发与测试分析表明,该信号采集与处理单元性能良好,能够满足实际研究工作的需要,同时在主动减振机敏结构测控系统微型化方面进行了有益的尝试。
A multi--channel DSP measurement and control unit with embedded architecture is designed, aiming at needs of active vibra- tion control technique for smart structure with embedded piezoelectric patches. The unit has the functions of data acquisition, computing con- trol algorithms and outputting the processed results, especially using the high performance data process ability of DSP processor. Based on in- troducing the technique background, this paper described the general design ideas, design project of the system software and hardware, sys- tem structure and its core components, analysis of the core AD and DA module, function indexes and development process in detail, as well as the experimental test and results analysis. Analysis of the design and test show that the signal acquisition and processing unit has good per- formance, and it is able to meet the needs of the actual research work. Valuable attempts are done for miniaturization of the measurement and control systems for smart structure active vibration control.
