对生猪屠宰管理存在问题的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 加强屠宰检疫和规范牲畜防疫检疫秩序,对于保证牲畜及畜产品安全流通、上市,确保广大人民群众吃上"放心肉",保护畜牧业的健康发展,防止疫情传播,保障人民群众的身体健康,有着重要的意义。定点屠宰工作经过近十年的贯彻与实施,我市实行了严格的生猪定点屠宰管理制度,但生猪屠宰检疫中仍旧存在不少的问题,给肉品安全和动物疫病防控埋下了较大隐患,现就工作中发现的问题与解决策略发表个人观点。
