Preliminary experimental study on free radicals in expanded soft tissue

摘要 目的探讨组织扩张过程中自由基的生成及其对组织扩张的影响。方法 SD 大白鼠背部置入20ml 圆形扩张器,常规扩张23~25天,于最后一次扩张前、扩张后1,6,12和24 h 分别测定扩张皮肤组织中 SOD 活性和 MDA 含量;同时观察自由基清除剂 SOD 对扩张面积、长度的影响。结果 SOD 活性和 MDA 含量扩张后1,6及12 h 与扩张前比较差异有非常显著意义,至扩张后24h 基本回复到扩张前水平;SOD 治疗组扩张面积、长度与 NS 对照组差异有显著意义,以6~24天为最明显。结论组织扩张过程中生成自由基,SOD 能增加扩张面积、长度,为安全、快速及有效地皮肤软组织扩张提供新的思路。 Objective To inquire into the formation of free radicals during tissue expansion and its influence on tissue expansion.Method Expanders of 20 ml were placed beneath the dorsal skin of SD rats,and the conventional expansion course took about 23 to 25 days.The activity of SOD and the content of MDA in skin were determined prior to the last expansion,1h,6h,12h and 24h after the last expansion, respectively.Meanwhile,the effect of SOD on expansion area and length was observed.Result The activi- ty of SOD and the content of MDA at 1h,6h,and 12h after expansion were significantly different from those before expansion,while the activity of SOD and the content of MDA at 24h after expansion were al- most the same as those before expansion.The difference of expansion area and length between SOD and NS groups was significant,expecially during 16 to 24 days.Conclusion Tissue expansion produces free radicals and SOD can increase expansion area and length.The study provides a clue to find a way for safe, rapid and effective soft tissue expansion.
