在依法治国的今天，法律与人们的生活更加息息相关，大学生作为全民的一个重要组成部分，作为社会的精英群体，其法律知识水平的高低、法律意识的强弱，将直接影响着社会的进步和发展。大学生走出校园步入社会，他们需要通过加强对法律知识的学习来提高自我保护能力。但是当代大学生法律素质方面还存在一些问题，高校肩负着增强大学生法律意识的使命。

Today , in the rule of law, law is more closely related to college students as an important part of the whole people. As a social elite groups, its level of legal knowledge and legal awareness will have a direct impact on the community progress and development. When students go into the community, they need protect themselves through strengthening legal knowledge.
