Discussion on Tibet College Library with Enlarge College Students’Ideological and Political Education

西藏高校图书馆在大学生思想政治教育中具有很大优势，但也存在难点，为此应做好以下工作：以入学教育为契机，强化良好开端；以优化环境为途径，强化育人环境；以现代科技为手段，强化教育内容：以网络监管为己任，强化网络教育；以服务学生为基点，强化人文关怀；以重大事件为亮点，强化热点教育；以文化活动为载体，强化寓教于乐；以日常宣传为窗口，强化舆论作用；以社会实践为平台，强化知行结合：以馆员建设为保障，强化思想政治教育。

Tibet college library has big advantage in ideological and political education, but also some problems existed. Thus, we should improve the work in such aspects： take entrance education as an opportunity, strengthen good start; strengthen education environment; strengthen education content while take modern science and technology as method; strengthen network education; take service student as basic, strengthen humanity care; take signal affair as highlights, strengthen hot spot education; take routine propaganda as a window, strengthen opinion function; take social practice as method, strengthen combine knowledge with practice; take librarians construction as guarantee, strengthen ideological and political education.
