酸性环境中压力容器用钢及腐蚀防护新发展 被引量:18

摘要 在酸性环境中使用的压力容器,环境的腐蚀性是一个突出的必须认真考虑的问题。它影响到压力容器的腐蚀裕量选取和选材以及设备的结构和热处理要求。为此,各国对其进行了大量的研究和现场实践。通过简述国内外在酸性环境中压力容器用钢及腐蚀防护现状,其中包括酸性环境的新定义,酸性环境中的腐蚀类型以及我国发现的氢致开裂典型失效分析实例,酸性环境用钢的实验室评价,我国酸性环境压力容器防止硫化物应力开裂(SSC)的经验和国外酸性环境中压力容器用钢的新发展来认识世界先进水平,发展国内酸性环境压力容器用钢及腐蚀防护。 It pays to consider the corrosivity when pressure vessel is used under sour environment,which influences the pressure vessel corrosion allowance and material selection and the equipment structure and requirements for heat treating. A lot of research work and on the spot practice have been done in all the countries.It is significant to understand the world's most advanced level and to develop the pressure vessel steel and corrosion prevention under sour environment in China through briefly introducing the current situation of studying the pressure vessel steel and corrosion prevention under sour environment at home and abroad,which includes the new definition of sour environment,the corrosion type under sour environment,the typical failure analysis examples of hydrogen induce cracking(HIC) found in China,the laboratory evaluation of the pressure vessel steel under sour environment,the experiences of preventing the pressure vessel from sulfide stress cracking(SSC) in China and the development in the pressure vessel steel under sour environment in foreign countries.
